Thanks to everyone who made it out to see the NEW MASTER SOUNDS @ FUNKBOX on Friday or to OUR CORNER on Sat, both nights were dope. Annual Xmas Cypher last night, props to all the emcees who made the effort (especially Sero and J Leen coming up form London, troopers!) and Peaks who shared the turntable duties

Part 1 (The Music Bit) DOWNLOAD HERE

Part 2 (The Freestyle / Live Bit) DOWNLOAD HERE

No playlist as I've had about 4 hours sleep, you'll just have to listen so sit back, pour yourself a glass of your favourite tipple and enjoy.

Edit: I remember playing these

Main Source Bootlegging (DWG)
Nutrageous and Planet Asia Down With The Kingz
Lord Finesse Here I Come Large Professor Remix (No Sleep)

Peaks on the wheels

Kosyne with his invisible marakas and glowing chest!

J Leen, Sero and Kosyne
Metamor, Professor D and Redbeard
Beard and Kos with a shiny t-shirt
J Leen and Serocee

I'll be back on 5th Jan for a best of 08 show (which will probably spill over to two shows again)

If you haven't made your mind up on your New Years Eve plans, get yourself a ticket for the Hare and Hounds,

FUNKBOX, JIBBERING and JAM JAH will be in charge of the front room all night, £10 in 9am - 3am

I probably wont get to post again until after Xmas so have a chilled festive time with your friends and families, thanks for reading listening.

Louis Den Beat Cypher Paul McCartney Flip

Yeah it was another off the meatrack night with some ill beats and sample flips from S-Type, Jaisu, Roeg Du Casq and Darren Paul, in the spirit of Christmas it was a festive track to flip this time...so heres some straight swipage from Prolifik's Youtube posting (he's got plenty more dope vids up so don't sleep!) Shouts to everyone who travelled for the night, contributed in some way (again too many beats cd's from producers to play em all!!!)

"Louis Den Beat Cypher was live!!!!

Here is the first batch of footage from the night, a little teaser for the actual beat cypher rounds. Here, the 4 beatmakers had previously been given a sample to flip and they had to bring along their beat on the night. Since it is the holiday season, the sample was Paul McCartney/Wings - Wonderful Christmastime.

Who killed it?!?!

(Intro/Outro beats by Kelakovski)

As a bonus treat heres last years "Wrapped Up" for your viewing pleasure
